Summary

Our customers' privacy is taken seriously. Data processed by the Google Docs™ add-on is NOT stored or transmitted to anyone for analysis. It is not even analyzed by us - your data stays with Google™. Hence, the information received from Google™ Application Programming Interfaces (API) will adhere to the Google™ API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To operate, the add-on requires the following permissions.

Permissions

• View and manage documents that this application has been installed in. This permission is required to be able to insert content into the Google™ document that you are currently editting.
• Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google™ applications. This permission is required to be able to display the sidebar that the add-on provides, which includes the various Merge Tags that can be used in Khaos Control Cloud documents.

Data Protection

We do not store, collect or transmit any sensitive data as part of the Add-on for Google Docs™. We also comply with privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to protect your data.
